Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@kingscience.shop with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the item.
Wrong Size
We encourage all customers to review our size guide before ordering, as we are unable to offer exchanges for sizing issues. All sales are final once an order goes into production.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@kingscience.shop and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner on your behalf.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
